If I'm home when Shabbos ends I usually check my e-mail before I make Havdalah.
Haha well I think we should have to do this experimen any other day, it would be a good test for me atleast.
If it's not for some nobler reason like G-d, why???
Diana,It should be pretty easy to refrain from checking e mail for a couple hours more after Shabbas.SWFM & Rebecca,I think that is the point. To see if people can survive a whole day "unplugged". We do it anyway every week.
I would not. I get the shakes around Mincha time on Shabbos. ;)
I went to a concert right after Shabbos, and didn't get home until after midnight! I did it!Totally unintentionally though.
